Day 7: One…more…day…
Two things are clear after 7 days of Crossfit at 6 am:
- There’s only one thing that I should be consistently doing at 6 am, and that is sleeping. I didn’t mind getting up so early at first, but it’s too difficult when I have to work (and sleep) late.
- It’s difficult for anyone to count anything over 10 reps or 3 rounds, especially when you’re trying to not hyperventilate at the same time.
Joan wasn’t here this morning, and I was almost disappointed I couldn’t blog about her (I guess I managed to mention her regardless). However, I did suspect this other guy in the class of not accurately counting his reps or rounds in our last circuit…I mean, he had to have skipped some reps if he was completing them faster than me, right?
I’m kidding (sort of)…I wasn’t even sure if I completed all the reps and rounds. I am sure, though, that I will be last or close to last in a regular Crossfit class. And I already invited a few friends to come try it with me on Saturday (Norcal Crossfit has a free trial session every Saturday at 10)…that should be fun…yeah…
I recall Nahm in Bangkok (your rec.) a great value. Delicious and memorable, but not life changing. But I doubt…
